Mourning to Morning Community USA has invited guest speaker, Artist Lea May Rivera to talk about coping with grief by healing through arts. In this talk, Lea shares her insights and experience with grief, the benefits of art as therapy, and cultivating compassion from the creation process. Topics touched on included different traumas from childhood to generational/ancestral trauma and the importance of art.
